By using the App, you agree that:
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. The Developer does not warrant that:
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including but not limited to financial losses arising from investment decisions made using or influenced by the App.
The Developer's total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App.
The App does not hold any authorisation from the German Federal Financial Supervisory Authority (BaFin), the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) or any other financial regulatory body. The App is classified as an educational software tool, not a financial service.
Your use of the App is also subject to the Apple App Store Terms of Service and any applicable Apple End User License Agreement (EULA). In the event of any conflict between these Terms and Apple's terms, Apple's terms shall prevail with respect to App Store matters.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Germany.
